I have been baking- a few wonderful things. Little rolls called Sacaduros which are formed around a little clump of butter and a sprinkle of course salt….and a pear tatin, perfectly sweet-tart, juicy caramelized yumminess over a crumbly tart crust. …………..


hmmm, or what about the texture and slightly sour flavor of a sprouted whole grain loaf- rye, red wheat, and spelt…



Damn Girl! That all looks so wonderful, I especially love the little rolls. I never got around to making bread to day, too pretty out and I have about 200 bulbs I need to get in the ground.
Soooo excited for Thanksgiving!!!!
Some days are just not bread baking days! We should always take advantage of the few lovely days we have left…maybe you should bring some bulbs up here for some thanksgiving planting!!
